Lenise Krebs

In-Person

Online

Lenise brings warmth and compassion to her counselling work, with a particular focus on addiction, substance abuse, trauma and recovery. She believes that people are more than the challenges they face and that meaningful change is possible when individuals feel safe, heard, respected, and supported without judgment. With 35 years of experience in social and community settings, Lenise has spent many years walking alongside individuals and families through seasons of crisis, loss, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions.

Over the past nine years, she has developed focused experience supporting individuals impacted by addiction and trauma. She recognizes that every person is on their own unique journey and creates a safe and welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, reconnect with their strengths, and find meaningful ways to move forward.  Her background in business, as well as her experiences in marriage, parenting, and community life, have shaped her understanding of the many roles, responsibilities, and pressures people carry each day.

Lenise is completing her practicum at Evergreen Therapy as part of her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges, build resilience, and work toward healing, recovery, and meaningful change.
