Breanne Boyce

Online

Breanne Boyce is a practicum student completing a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is currently accepting new clients under supervision. She brings over five years of experience in crisis, clinical, and trauma-informed settings, supporting
individuals navigating complex and challenging life circumstances. Breanne believes that healing happens through connection. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences.

Her approach is grounded in person-centered and narrative therapies, with a focus on understanding each client’s unique story, supporting personal growth, and fostering a stronger sense of agency. She draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Bowen Family Systems Theory (BFST), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to support individuals, couples, and families. Breanne has a particular interest in relational work, life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and supporting clients as they navigate complex emotional challenges and relationship patterns. As someone who is visually impaired, Breanne brings a lived understanding ofresilience, adaptation, and navigating barriers. This experience informs her attunement to clients’ emotions, experiences, and unique perspectives, allowing her to support individuals through difficult transitions, loss, and moments of uncertainty. She is committed to fostering an inclusive therapeutic relationship where clients can explore their challenges, reconnect with themselves, and move toward healing and resilience. Breanne works collaboratively with clients to explore patterns in their relationships—with themselves and others—while developing greater self-understanding, emotional safety, and meaningful change. She believes that within supportive connections, individuals can rediscover their strength and move toward healing.
