About Evergreen
Evergreen Therapy is comprised of a small group of therapists that are focused on providing caring support in the manner that best suits its clients. Evergreen Therapy has two locations for in-person counselling, one in Winnipeg and one in Niverville, with offices that are designed to provide peace. Evergreen also offers therapy via Telehealth, and by phone, if these are preferred. Therapy can provide a supportive environment for exploring personal growth in any of these formats.
Our Approach
The approach at Evergreen Therapy is client centred; this inspires connection, creating a sense of safety and respect for clients. In an empathic manner, our therapists provide an understanding of relationship skills and hope. Recognizing that healing is possible, we believe that when our clients feel heard and understood, they gain transformational insights into life’s challenges. Practically, this can look like helpful support when one faces anxiety or depression, or wants to improve communication within relationship. Evergreen’s approach emphasizes empathy and a focus on both individual and relational well-being to support your therapeutic journey. Evergreen considers it an honour to walk alongside clients on their journey to greater individual and relational wellbeing.

Our Office Administration
Karalee Koop
Karalee comes to Evergreen Therapy with administration experience and skills and is here to assist and answer your inquiries or questions! Karalee recognizes that life is not easy and yet she has found hope. Karalee likes nature and enjoys God's beauty in creation. She enjoys playing table games, connecting with people, and helping others out.
Scott Peters
Scott is currently studying to receive a masters degree in counselling at Yorkville University. He has extensive experience studying and working in a variety of capacities across North America and Asia. Happily married with five children, his interests include board games, woodworking, and playing tuba in the community band. Over the next few months, Scott will be concentrating on completing his MA degree, and is looking forward to serving Evergreen clients again.

To best serve you, Evergreen Therapy has a Winnipeg location as well as a rural location in Niverville, Manitoba. The Winnipeg location is located in the Southwood Professional Centre, 202-2385 Pembina Highway. The Niverville location is located in the Niverville Heritage Center, along with other counselling services; the entrance at 101, 2nd Avenue is the most convenient. Both locations have free parking.
