Carlie is dedicated to the process of guiding clients through their unique journeys of self-exploration and healing. With a deep understanding of how our past experiences shape who we are today, she believes that our stories hold invaluable wisdom that can help provide the way forward. With her warm and caring presence, Carlie fosters a safe and non-judgmental space that invites clients to explore even the most vulnerable parts of themselves.


Whether you're struggling with anxiety, navigating a difficult life transition, or seeking to overcome deeply rooted challenges, Carlie can come alongside you as a fellow traveller on your path to healing.

 

Carlie holds a Master of Arts in Counselling from Providence University College. She is a Canadian Certified Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. Carlie is a Registered COSP™ Facilitator having completed training in the Circle of Security Parenting model. She is currently working towards her Developmental Model certification at the Couples Institute.
